Backup error – job aborted

    One of our jobs stops with the following log entries but we did not abort it?
    What does it mean? Is there a data/file maximum to do the backup or is it a problem we need to ask our provider?

    14-Dec-2024 08:49:43] ERROR: Aborted by user! [14-Dec-2024 08:49:43]
    Deleted an old log file [14-Dec-2024 08:49:43]
    ERROR: Job terminated with errors in 17364 seconds. To ensure correct execution, you must fix the errors.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load -> choose maximum.

    Also in the same section, lower the Maximum Script Execution Time to 25 or 20 seconds and try to run it again.

    In case it does not work, maybe try with ZIP or Tar or split the big job into smaller ones.
