Backup error

    Hi,
    I uploaded the backup created by WP Staging via ftp to the new server, but it gives me these errors:

    This backup file is corrupt. Please create a new backup!
    This backup has an invalid files index. Please create a new backup!

    WordPress vers: 6.4.1
    WP Staging vers: 3.1.1
