Backup Error

Could you please try with this version (And send us the logs?):

Currently your issue related mostly to your web server limits.
To fix it you will need to exclude some files (which the version I sent you can help) or to increase timeout of your web server which basically kills the backup.

Nevertheless, I can’t see anything useful to exclude (unfortunately).

So the only way to fix it for now would be this approach:

1. Login to your server via SSH or SFTP
2. Check those files and modify Timeout directive:

• /etc/apache2/extra/httpd-default.conf
• /etc/apache2/httpd.conf

• If you can’t find Timeout directive in those files simply add one in
  your /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
• If you don’t have httpd.conf file you can have apache2.conf file.
• So the path would be /etc/apache2/apache2.conf

Once you modify those limits restart your web server

• apachectl restart
• (or) apache2ctl restart
• (or) systemctl restart apache
• (or) systemctl restart apache2

In your case the Timeout set to around 900 seconds should be enough.

In future this issue will should be fixed once we finish our heartbeat logic to bypass this thing.

I didn’t get any response within last days, so I am assuming the issue is solved.
