Backup directly from WP-Snapshots

    Hi!
    I have problem with my server: I can’t use the zip archive and it doesn’t let me download DAF file.
    So I’m using the DUP archive, but I can’t download the Archive.
    So I’m going via FTP to the wp-snapshots folder and I’m downloading the package/files from there. Is it a solution? The file downloaded in this way are useful?
