    Hi @rodrigormstekelcom

    My apologies for delayed reply.

Error you received could be coincidence of some internal processes on your server.
But to confirm that, easiest way would be to download your backup file and try to open it using WinRAR or 7-Zip.

It’s quite strange as it looks like our plugin could read manifest file, but then it failed at getting map of files in backup.

    So, please:
    1) Go to “Other options” section
    2) Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3) Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    4) Try to run your restoration process once again

    — if above won’t help and it will cause the same error —
    a) Download your backup from the website where you’ve created it
    b) Confirm that you can open your backup with WinRAR or 7-Zip (and see content)
    – If you don’t have access to source website, you can download your current one
    c) If everything seems alright, remove currently uploaded backup and upload it once again
    d) Follow steps 1-4

Let me know if that solves your issue ??
    Thank you!
