I have been using this plugin quite happily until today when I received errors from 2 sites.
[19-Feb-2016 03:03:45] ERROR: ZipArchive returns status: Write error: No space left on device
[19-Feb-2016 03:03:45] ERROR: ZIP archive cannot be closed correctly

I have asked the plugin to only keep 3 backups

I am using Version 3.2.3 & Version 3.2.4 depending on sites but they are not deleting old backups. They all have the default backup name.

I have even deleted all backups from the folder and created a new job and even doing this with a test run the number of backups is more than 3.

    Any Ideas?

How the Backup Archive name is configured? And after how many files should be deleted?

The archive names are as generated by the plugin. I have not changed anything.
All I asked was to keep 3 archive backups then delete

Where did you store the Archives?

I am sorry but I am no longer using this plugin. It’s a shame as it served the purpose well, but I cant wait weeks/months to resolve at one answer a week.

The first question you asked already had the answer within my enquiry, however I did reply within 15 minutes. I heard nothing more till a week later. I realise that you only support this plugin once a week and this will not resolve my problem so I have removed it from all my sites and gone with another option.

In answer to your last question, the backups were saved in the generated backup folder. It worked fine and I changed nothing at all and then it just decided it would not delete old backups. This was the case on all sites it was installed on.

Thanks, for the answere. If you with prio Support you can use the PRO Version.
