Backup Constantly Fails, Hasn’t Worked For Months

    Hi Richard,

    Please can you update UpdraftPlus to a current release (yours is a couple of releases behind), try again, and then post the new log file if it fails?

    I updated and it’s the same problem. I can’t post a log because I can’t download it. There’s a grey opaque shadow over the whole page and I can’t click any buttons on the modal dialog box. This happened after updating the Updraft Plus plugin. No other plugins were updated which indicates the Updraft Plus plugin introduced the problem. This also doesn’t occur anywhere else on the site.

    Please can you try clearing cache and see if it fixes the issue?
    Also, we released a new version. Please update as well.
