Backup and Restore complete Photo Gallery Data

Hi, I have been using “photo gallery” for the last two years. But due to old WordPress, theme and woocommerce versions, I am facing problems with some plugins and want to upgrade WordPress and theme. Is there a possibility that I can take a backup of all “photo gallery” plugin data and restore it to my newly upgraded website? Please guide me.
