Backup and Restore causes some old settings to be used

Hi,

I needed to move my Cannyon_ premium version 0.0.20 website to a different directory. I backed up the site and moved it according to the standard WP Codex instructions.

When I loaded the site from the new directory, some of the theme settings defaulted to original. For example, the setting for “Headline on Header – Headline” defaulted back to “One of the best multipurpose WordPress theme…” instead of showing my customized text. I checked the database, and the customized text exists in the database.

What is causing the old text to be used?
