backup a site and make restore to another site

    Hi,

    I made a website mokup in a fake URL and now I want to “copy” this mokup to the real and productive site.

    How can I do that?

    Can I just do a copy of all files from one site to the other with FTP?
    Or can I do a backup of on website with UpdraftPlus and restore to the other website?

    What do you recommend?
