    i am using the free download version, and seems there is no way to create package.

    I have the following page of which i have prepared the file to download.

    The first file Guard60 is the one that can be downloaded with password 12345. Once i entered the password, it will show the following on a blank page:
    {“error”:””,”downloadurl”:”http:\/\/web.sanwaglobal.com\/?wpdmdl=2756&_wpdmkey=5638b8556a1eb”}

    If i disable the use of password, then it will be fine. Hope you can help to resolve this issue.

    @melindamak, problem is your theme using outdated version of jQuery.

    may i know what version of jquery required ?

    theme just need to use the jQuery shipped with WordPress itself, then everything will work fine.
