Backslashes appearing before all apostrophes

    I am trying to figure out how to work out a stripslash code. I have backslashes wherever I have an apostrophe in the text I insert via the Option Panel.

    I just used a curly quote instead and it worked : alt shift ]

    I’m facing the same issue but the way you suggested doesn’t work for me. Any suggestions on what I can do instead to remove all the unwanted back slashes?
