    Dear support team,

I am using WordPress 4.4.2 with the colormag theme and the latest version of the WPGlobus plugin.

    I’m experiencing the following issue:

When using ‘Quick edit’ to modify e.g. a post category in the messages list and the post title contains a quote (‘), a backslash is added to the post title (\’) before every quote and is being saved this way in the database. Everything works fine when using the full editor to modify a post.
When I disable the WPGlobus plugin, the quick edit feature works without problems.

Thank you for looking into this.

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for your quick response.

I have installed the update. Unfortunately the issue is not fixed.

I noticed that when you do a quick edit and make a change to the title, everything works fine. However, when you don’t change the title and just check e.g. an additional category, a backslash is added before a quote after saving.

    Some additional information:

When you quick edit a post and make any change to the post title + a category change it works fine. If you quick edit again (without reloading the all posts page) and only change the category it works fine also.

However, when you reload the ‘All posts’ page and make only a change to the category, the backslashes are added again when the title contains a quote.
