Background site only seeing on MAC users but in PC ones.

Hi, I am not sure what I am doing wrong but my background which is blue is not appearing on PC’s but MAC users… what could it be wrong? Any ideas? I’ve tried everything (disabling plugins, chatting with hostgator) but everything looks fine…
Any ideas?
