    There are a couple issues I have noticed and they are around Backordered Items.

    1. If an order is completed, I can not clear the backorder flag.
    2. If an order is completed with a backorder, it doesn’t show up on the Mobile App as Orders. And does not show up as sales revenue.

    How do I correct this?

    Hi @eaglegunco. Sorry that we missed your post. Have you been able to resolve this issue?

    If not, can you share what you mean by the backorder flag, please? A screenshot using a tool like https://snipboard.io would be very helps.

    In my test, the sale shows up in Analytics > Revenue and as an order in the WooCommerce mobile app.

    Once an order is complete and still as backorder showing up on the item, you can’t go back and clear the backorder when you have the product in.

    Also even if the order is in processing status on a normal order that order is included in your daily sales in the app. If an item is on back order, but the user is in processing, it doesn’t show up on the daily sales. I’m on my phone, but when I get to a computer, I’ll add a screenshot.

    Where are you seeing this? The full order amount shows in total sales for the day for me in WooCommerce > Analytics. Please share a screenshot that clarifies the issue.
