    Hello,

    I am experiencing an issue with my WooCommerce store. When a customer adds a backordered item to their cart, the shipping methods are not showing up at checkout. Specifically, the Flexible Shipping methods are not appearing for backordered items.

    I have tried implementing various code snippets to fix the issue, but none of them have been successful. I have also checked the settings for the Octolize Flexible Shipping plugin and ensured that the shipping methods are enabled for backordered items, but they still do not show up at checkout.

    Could you please provide some assistance with this issue? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can offer.

    Hi @danielkulcsar,

    ?I prepared such a configuration in my store and the shipping method is correctly available. Flexible Shipping plugin should not behave in a special way for backorder products.

    Shipping zone settings
    Shipping Cost Calculation Rules
    Product A Stock status: On backorder
    Result in the cart. Flexible Shipping method available.
    • Could you please send a screenshot of your configuration?
    • ?Could you temporarily add the Flat rate method to the same shipping zone and see if it is available in the cart for backordered products?

    This would help determine if the issue is with the Flexible Shipping methods, or if the reason for the lack of methods in the cart is elsewhere.
