    Hi there @shanedelierrr,

    It’s possible to manage the stock levels and backorder status of individual variations regardless of the Inventory settings for the parent product.

    If you check the variations (Product Data → Variations), is “Manage Stock” and backorders enabled at the variation level?

    Hey there @shanedelierrr,

    I’d suggest disabling PayPal PDT and testing for the issue again. With both PDT and IPN active, the site will receive payment confirmation twice.
