Hi @fabiorich
Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you’re experiencing issues where certain products are occasionally going out of stock, despite having backorders disabled both globally and on a per-product basis. Just to confirm, are you also receiving emails regarding that?
Can you please share with us a screenshot of the settings on your end when you go to WooCommerce → Products → Inventory? You can use this website to share a screenshot.
In the meantime, I recommend ensuring that you’re running the latest version of WooCommerce. If not, please update it because this issue might be due to a bug that has been fixed in a newer version. Please also share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerce → Status → select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support“.
Another thing you can try is to run a full conflict test to identify the problem. Here’s how:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront.
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
- Enable each plugin until you see which plugin is causing the problem. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.
Looking forward to your response!
