• Hello,
So I have this little bar displaying at the bottom of this image
    Image Rognage Barre

The bar is in the image itself, but it’s really weird cause I have edited it on Paint to remove it but it still displays when i upload on WordPress

I wanted to resolve it in another way: simply crop the button of the image with the editor of WordPress
But again, when I do “modify image” and I want to crop, the previsualisation disappears and I can’t crop anything
    Image Rognage Backoffice

Would you have any idea to remove this bar?
Any idea of the bug related to the previsualisation that makes me impossible to crop images through WP media editor?

    Let me know, thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You have posted a link to the backend of your WordPress install, so we can’t actually see the page in question.

Have you tried disabling all plugins to rule out a plugin issue? Have you made any modification to WordPress code? Have you looked in the console (press F12, click the console tab) to see if you are getting any JavaScript errors? Have you tried another browser or another computer to rule out a local issue?

Hello thank you for the reply,

Yes I know you cannot have access to the URL, but I have provided you 2 images so that you can see the issue (second screenshot)

I have not tried yet to look for a plugin issue

I have some custom CSS code directly integrated into my premium theme

When I press F12, I am not seeing errors but I’m not an expert with that

The issue replicates as well on Opera.
I’ll try on a different computer soon

I have provided you 2 images so that you can see the issue

Yes, but that doesn’t show us the code that is creating that black bar.

    integrated into my premium theme

Your best bet is to ask your theme vendor for support. We can’t really support commercial themes here, especially if we can’t see the code in question.

So the issue was that I was replacing the image with a plugin, but it didn’t take into account this new image because of the same image name

I have changed the name of my new image, and it worked fine

    Thank you ??
