Backing up WP Blog using WP??

Hey guys,
I have 2 WP Blogs. 1 was running an old old version of WP and I was able to just click click click and it emailed me a zip (I think it was a zip!! I don’t remember it was a looooong time ago) which was a backup of the blog! I have since updated this and now can’t find how to do the same thing…. (it’s not the newest version though… it’s now 2.3.3).

I have a second site that is running 2.5.1 and is a more frequently viewed Gossip Blog. And I want to do the same backup thing and click click click hey-presto I have a backup of the blog in my email account.

how do I do this? or did they get rid of this feature?

If it is gone is there a plugin that will do the same for me??
