Backing up to Amazon S3

  • I know there are several WP plugins that allow you to back up to Amazon S3. But the ones I am finding back up the database and core WP files. What if there are add-ons, etc in additional folders. Is anyone aware of an automated WP back up plug in solution to Amazon S3 that allows you to back up the complete root folder of the website?
