Backing up on Shared Database

  • Hi, im looking to install a back up plug in for a client, however i have multiple wordpress installations in one database, one of the plug ins i came across said ‘you have the option to to back up other tables in the database’ and this got me thinking, if a plug in does automatic back ups will it back up everything on that database or just all tables with that prefix?
