    I’m sorry but I don’t think we can confirm that since we can’t be sure what upgrades are needed and what they might impact.

    What I would suggest is that you do a manual backup of your site or ask your host to help you do one. You can do this using the cPanel or file manager built into most host’s dashboards or via FTP for the files. Then just use phpmyadmin to save a copy of the database as well.
