Background videos not showing on mobiles

Video background is not visible on mobiles.

I know this topic was brought up two years ago but the answer that mobile phones won′t show videos is outdated. This site shows, as an example, a video in the hero background on both mobile and desktop: https://kreativbyggkonsult.se.

Is there a way to overcome this issue?
