    Good evening,

Perhaps you guys can help me with the problem below.

I have always had pictures around my home page (full screen).
Now wanted a video on my home page. I uploaded a (4k) video, but it is automatically zoomed in so you see some pixels.

I did it as follows. First uploaded the video to my files in wordpress. Then went to the settings of the ”Banner Item” using WPBakery Page Builder. Then under ”Background Video url” clicked ”Upload Media” and clicked the video from my WordPress files.

So I am using WPBakery Page Builder. My theme is MATO.

So when I view my home page it is zoomed in. When I use Chrome to manually zoom to 33% the video is fine though.

Hope you guys can help me out.

    Kind regards,

    Bjorn

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://support.wpbakery.com/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Thanks! I will try there.
