    Hey guys,

I’ve recently begun working on a website that was initially started by someone else, and I’m having an issue with the background. Everything seems to work great until I click on the “Shop” woo commerce page, the cart and checkout. I’ve removed the background that the original creator had integrated, and designed my own and uploaded it via a Full Background plug-in and adjusted it in BeTheme. It looks perfect on all pages but the ones I’ve just mentioned. On those three pages, I can actually still see the old background “underneath” mine. It wouldn’t be that big of an issue if my background didn’t get cut off half way down the page.

I’ve clicked on seemingly every single thing i possibly could, and can find no culprit for what is happening. I would be incredibly appreciative if I could get a little help with this one. Thanks guys!!

Here is the page if you need to have a look.

*note* – Also, when I first load up any of the pages in a browser, i can see his old background for a split second before mine loads in.

  • I’m unable to find any products so I can’t get to the checkout.

The background on the empty shop page and empty cart page are black, like the rest of the site though.

Apologies Thomas, I should have mentioned that this issue was specific to the desktop version of the site. I only started working on the site a few days ago, and haven’t gotten to the mobile version yet. The mobile version does in fact only have a black background currently. There won’t be products on the site for a little while yet. However you can see the same issue on the shop page. Again, sorry about that and thank you for your time.

New background (top) – Old background (bottom)

Hopefully this helps. Basically, there is an old background image that I can’t get rid of. It’s on every page, but you can only notice it on 3 of the sites pages, as those pages have less content and the new background gets cut short, leaving the bottom half wide open.

I’ve found a solution. It’s not perfect, but it works.
