Background text area issue

I recently installed a new theme to my site. https://www.hallofhavoc.com/djrespin. And I’ve been fumbling with how to turn the area behind my post text white. The theme has a polka dotted background image that i feel conflicts with the text. I’ve searched and read similar threads with no luck. any help would be appreciated.
