• Our website isn’t working properly, and I see these errors on the Site Health:

A scheduled event has failed Performance

The REST API encountered an unexpected result Performance

Your site could not complete a loopback request

    Background Tasks: No??Response code: 403

Basically one of the big problems is a user goes to register on the front-end, it looks like it goes through, but the user is unable to log in and as an admin you go to Users and they are no where to be found.

It seems as though it DOES end up pushing through but not for many hours later. I see all my test accounts from yesterday got pushed through at 10:31pm.

Another problem is we are getting a WebHook error from Authorize.net through Memberpress.

We moved the site to a staging site and it works fine there. No problems. So we pushed the staging site to live and yet again, errors.

We turned off all plugins, caching, switched the theme to a basic wordpress theme, reset PHP, checked permissions. Errors still exist.

Our hosting has been trying to help us for 11 hours now and cannot figure it out/insists it’s not on their end.

    What could be causing this!?

First off, contact your hosting provider and ask them why loopbacks are failing on the server.
