background slider blurry images

    Hi. My images that are part of my background slider with Ken Burns show fine resolution in the editor but when live in the browser show very blurry.

  • Do you have large hi-res images loaded to the media library? If so are these large images the one you chose for the display. The images on the page look like low resolution that have been stretched to fit the screen. Go to choose image and look below the image to see the image size. It should be very large .

    Thanks for the suggestion. I’m just curious why the images show well in the Elementor editor but not on the page.

    I see you are using Elementor Pro. I recommend you take advantage of our Premium support by contacting support from your my.elementor.com

    It has a faster response time and we can do a better follow up with your issue this way

    My bad.. as relates to the first comment. I had been using Thumbnails instead of Full in the Background Slider setting.
