Background photo not showing

Hello,
I’ve been using Ready! Coming Soon for a few weeks on https://www.cessens-lesapenay.fr.
It was working fine until I tried to change the background image this morning. A “done” message appears when I try to upload but photo doesn’t show. Instead there is an image icon on the setting panel and nothing on the website. I did click on “save all changes”.
I have tried with several web browsers, same thing.
Version of Ready Coming Soon I use: 0.4.5Can you please help?
