    Hi, I am trying to create a transparent background for the ticker as I don’t want the block of white. Please can you help me with custom css code for this?

    I’m glad you’re enjoying the plugin!

    Please view your edit page in HTML mode. You have < pre > tags wrapped around the shortcode (which happens sometimes when copying/pasting). Remove the < pre > tag before and < /pre > tag after the shortcode and the background will disappear.
