Background missing

Your problem is happening, because something puts “noscript” tags around our codes, as you see in my attachment, which makes them not to be called in. The noscript tag starts at a Google font incalling, before our file, but ends after ours, so somehow our file incalling got in the middle.

because of this, our codes don’t really work.

I think the problem happens because of some kind of optimization plugin, so I recommend a plugin/theme conflict test:

This should reveal what puts that noscript tag there. (As when you turn off the plugin or switch the theme that cauess the problem, everything will work fine again.)

We have the same problem. In our case conflict is with redux plugin. But yeah, we need both.. :/
