Background Manager resize image

First: A wonderful Plugin to individualizing themes perfectly. Thanks

Second: The Problem (?h i use the search befor but don’t be able to find a fix)

Looking at: https://arsbaldes2.sven-heuberger.de/
Now resize the browser and you will see, that the image i no further in center – the design begins to failing.

I am looking at different post with same Problem, but there is no answer to fix ist:

OK in the last post you speak from any javascript method – so I thougt it will be in stable now (the post was one year before)

There is any directive in CSS to handle with this Problem?
