Background is not showing up on new wordpress 3.3

I recently updated to WordPress 3.3 and now my background is not showing up. It was showing up just fine before the update when I was running 3.2.1. Not sure if it is my theme or just the background itself. I have uploaded the background multiple times and still no success.

My theme is Cudazi Mono 1.1.0. Any help would be appreciated.
