Background Images show in ie but not firefox

Hi Everyone,
Kinda new at this, just redesigned a blog using a theme i found online. For some reason the background images contained in wrapper and wrapper 2 worked before now all of a sudden they don’t. They do however work in Ie.https://www.fpmevents.com/webblogbiz.com/fpm_blog
