Background images not rotating

Hi! the plugin fits very well to my requirements…
but there are some issues…1. Bg images are not linking to specified link
2. BG image not rotating…i am using Skeleton Theme, Background Manager 1.1.11
putting custom css in the image set changes my header sytlingDesperate for help…
