• I’ve just made some backend changes to try and speed up my site. Using sg-optimizer, I deferred render blocking js, enabled lazy load, generated webp versions of images.

Immediately after doing this, background images (on the three pages that have them) aren’t appearing when on chrome on my iphone or ipad. They are still appearing when using safari and also on chrome on mac.

I’ve turned lazy load off and then purged the cache but this hasnt fixed it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @ankush4475

Thanks for your reply, I’ve tried both of those and it still isn’t showing. I’ve also noticed that on chrome on ipad and iphone, as well as not showing the background images, the header isn’t floating as it should be, and I cant seem to click the menu.

    Hi @benjacobs04
I can see your website images on my chrome browser. It’s appearing right now. If it doesn’t appear on your browser then please install clear cache -> chrome extension and do a hard reload ctrl + shift + r

    Hi @shahriarshakil and @ankush4475

Thank you both for your replies, I’ve thankfully found the problem occurred when the ‘combine javascript files’ option on sg-optimizer was enabled. I’ve turned it off and everything now works!

    Ok. Good Luck
