Background image won't load

I’ve been working on a site for a friend, and it’s just a simple, single page site, with custom fields to edit the content and a background image. The only problem is that the background image won’t load. It worked fine in local development, and it even loads on my laptop. But the background image won’t load in my desktop, or my friend’s computer. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on? I tried using a plugin that was supposed to add a background image, and it didn’t work. Here’s the link to the site, if it helps.
