Background image resizing on mobile

Hi there,
On the site I’m working on (jenniewillcoach.com) I’m having some difficulty with the background image automatically resizing itself on mobile devices.
Here are a few screenshots showing this:
I’m not certain if the following is the problem, but to remove the gray overlay for the page names I added some simple CSS. Here’s what I added in to make that overlay on the background image transparent:
.top-header.text-center{background: transparent}
