Background Image Problems

I’ve created an image and inserted it into the Background Image box within the Style section. However, the bottom of the picture is not showing. The jpeg image size is 1200 x 800 and is 247kb.

I have ticked the stretch background image. If I don’t do this, then it creates a partial repeat of the image to the right of the screen.

I am pretty new to all this, so any assistance would be most appreciated.
