Background image (on section) tiles?

I’d like to put a background image on a section.

When I use a relatively small image, it is tiled to fill the section, even if I set the background attribute to “scroll.”

I’d like to have just one instance of the image.

I’ve created a version of the image with a huge amount of white space (to anticipate the largest possible screen size), but that seems like a hack (and it’s possible there’ll always be a larger screen size than I can anticipate).

Can’t seem to find where you’re controlling the tiling for this image.
