Background image in hero – How to resize image for mobile

Hi, i’m using vantage premium and have a background image in the big hero widget. The image is set to cover so is full screen and the theme setting is set to responsive layout. The image looks great on laptop and tablet, but I want to use a smaller size image of the same image on mobile.

How do I do this using Custom CSS? Thanks
