Background Image doesnt scroll after update

    The Background image doesnt scroll anymore after the update, i checked the scroll option in the settings.

    And on the phone: At the first moment, the navbar doesnt overlay the title anymore, but after scrolling down the bug appears again, and the title is cut of by the navbar.

    Ok now its working, without anything to change. I guess it was my phone or something worong with the hoster.
