Background for #page div not working

    I’ve just got WordPress installed and ready to roll, but I’m having a few problems with a repeating background in the #page div, it just doesn’t seem to want to show!

    Here’s my code:


    #page {
    width: 760px;
    padding: 0;
    margin: 0 auto;
    margin-top: 8px;
    background-image: url(https://www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/site/custom_scripts/icele/container_bg.gif);
    background-repeat: repeat-y;n
    }

    What could I possibly be doing wrong??!?
