Background color (Single Event View)

Regarding set the background, you can head over to MEC Settings > Custom CSS and put the CSS below to set background color

.single-mec-events .mec-container {
    background: #fff;
}

Regarding the container size issue on your website, you can set the “container width” in MEC settings > Styling Options: https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/styling-option/
