Really like Blocksy and am using it for several sites.

Is there a way to change the background color of non-text area like this site has? The theme is obsolete and I want to change it to Blocksy and keep some of the look and feel.

    RThanks!

  • The background colors changed in the customizer https://imgur.com/trgxcwb

Colors of Gutenberg Blocks or Elementor Elements etc, can be set in those editors.

    Does that help?

    Thanks for the quick reply.

What I meant was can the background area color that is black now with the violin image at top left be changed separately from the text area color that is currently off white?

Hello @bobmorris60, yes, you can change the main background separately from the content area color, simply follow these steps:

    1. Change the main background color like @oldrup mentioned, from Customizer -> Colors -> Site Background option (add the image from the Image tab).

    2. Now you have to set a light background color for the content area, to do this go to Customizer Single Posts or Pages and select the Boxed option from Content Area Style.

If you want to change the background color of the boxed content area style, simply navigate to the Design tab -> Content Area Background.

Hope this is what you are looking for ??

    Cheers.
