Background Color on Toggle +

  • Can you please tell me how I add background color to the Toggle Lines?

    I can change the font color of the Toggle Titles, but I cannot figure out how to change the Background area.

    I also would like to be able to change the color of the toggle buttons.

    Is this possible?
