Background color of "header menu"

Hi there,
YES – there is maybe 10+ or 100+ suggestions on this forum like:

I REALLY don’t understand why it’s easier to ask “Any suggestions?” before searching this forum for “hueman header menu background color” for example?????

PLS mark [resolved] or keep asking questions answered here so many times…

I’m sorry, I was typing a more elaborate question in regards to styling the menu, but in the end this the only question I was left with and removed everything else from the post.
