Background color missing on mobile

    Hi All,

    I’m experiencing an anomaly in which the display works fine on desktop, however when it comes to mobile, somehow the chat box color turns transparent. I’ve checked on other topics that this plugin has some incompatibilities against nitropack, however the issue is a different one. I am wondering if any of you experience such issues, thank you.

    Hello again. It doesn’t work well neither on desktop nor on mobile. You have some eu plugin that is breaking the styles, probably one of chache. Try uninstalling all plugins and check if it looks ok.

    Hi?@davidlillo, thanks for the insight and yes, it seemed the issue was with nitropack cdn. I did a nitropack purge on the cache and it seems to be working fine now.
