Hello,

Since updating to WP Table Builder version 1.6.2, I’ve encountered an issue with background colors in the tables. When I assign a specific background color to a cell or a section, the color displayed on the site is different from the one I selected.

For example, I set the background color to #049ee6, but on the website, it shows as #b4e2f8. It seems like there’s a problem with how colors are rendered or processed in this version.

This issue started right after the update, and the colors displayed correctly before.

Is this a known bug? Is there any fix or patch available to resolve this issue?

Hi @polonet2, we cannot replicate your issue with background colors. Can you please provide us with a link that has a table with this behaviour? Thanks.

Yes, same issue here. In mobile view the colors are correct. Not in desktop view. Here is a test page:

I have tried “Disable Theme Styles For Table” and it does not change.

Hi @itskev, could you please temporarily turn on debug mode and share with us a screenshot of the critical error page which you get on pages with WP Tables on them? Thanks.

I had a critical error and then I turn off Disable Theme Styles For Table and it fixed it. Even when I turned it back on, no issues.

The way I just fixed this is I had to “Clear” the header color and then select the header cells and instead use CUSTOM SELECTION COLOR OPTIONS and add color to a selected cell. That temporarily fixes it for me.
